Features Of The Clinic, Diagnosis And Treatment Of Mesocolic-Parietal Hernias In Newborns And Children Of Elder Age Groups

The article presents the clinical manifestations, diagnostic data and treatment tactics of rare surgical pathology in 14 children with mesocolicoparietal hernias, 5 of them were newborns, 9 - infants and older children. In all cases, the diagnosis was made during the operation, regarding various diseases of the abdominal organs. The authors emphasize the need for an integrated approach to diagnosis and individual surgical tactics, depending on the anatomical features of the hernia, the type of complications that have arisen, and the nature of the accompanying abnormalities in the development of abdominal organs.
