Аннотация

The Handbook of Arbitration Practice deals with the rules of practice common to all arbitrations—the contents of clauses, constitution of the tribunal, the range of procedures available, the conduct of the hearing and the remuneration of arbitrators. In addition it covers the roles of advocates and expert witnesses, the drafting of awards and how costs should be dealt with.
