Аннотация

This article analyzes the possibilities and financing mechanisms of using public- private partnership (PPP) models in the implementation of projects in the hydropower sector. Based on the experience of Uzbekistan and foreign countries, the effectiveness of PPP models is assessed and investment risks, revenue distribution, and legal frameworks are analyzed. It is emphasized that this approach plays an important role in the development of hydropower infrastructure.
