Аннотация

The largest amount of gases in the production of molybdenum is emitted during the roasting of molybdenum concentrates. The first and most important stage in the process of chemical processing of molybdenum concentrate is roasting, which allows you to get rid of unwanted impurities: sulfur, water and flotation reagent residues. Roasting of molybdenum concentrate is carried out in order to convert molybdenum sulfide (MoS2) into molybdenum oxide (MoO3), a compound readily soluble in ammonia water.
