This study investigates three major approaches to marine environmental protection: community engagement, the use of technology, and the enforcement of policies. The research utilizes a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and case studies from different coastal regions. The findings suggest that when community engagement is combined with technological tools and robust policy enforcement, marine conservation efforts become more effective and sustainable. This study highlights the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration and integrated approaches in achieving long-term marine environmental protection. Keywords: Marine environmental protection, community engagement, technology, policy enforcement, marine conservation, sustainability. Introduction: The world’s oceans face a growing number of environmental challenges, ranging from pollution and habitat destruction to the effects of climate change and overfishing. The health of marine ecosystems is crucial, not only for biodiversity but also for human livelihoods, as oceans provide food, recreational opportunities, and contribute significantly to global climate regulation. As these environmental threats continue to escalate, it has become evident that European International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research 01 https://eipublication.com/index.php/eijmrms and Management Studies European International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Management Studies traditional conservation efforts alone are insufficient • Region 1: Southeast Asia (Philippines) - Known to safeguard marine resources.
