КОНТРОЛЬ ЗА ВЫПОЛНЕНИЕМ ВНЕШНЕТОРГОВЫХ КОНТРАКТОВ В БАНКОВСКОЙ СИСТЕМЕ УЗБЕКИСТАНА

Аннотация

This article analyzes the role and functional mechanisms of the banking system of Uzbekistan in controlling the implementation of foreign trade contracts. In particular, it highlights the role of commercial banks in ensuring currency control, payment monitoring and compliance with regulations of transactions concluded under export-import contracts. The article analyzes the aspects of foreign economic activity controlled by the banking system based on the Resolution of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-40 dated December 30, 2021 and other current regulatory legal acts. The study identifies problems in the existing system, including payment delays, lack of sufficient monitoring of contract execution, and inefficiency of interbank information exchange. The article also puts forward proposals for improving these control mechanisms based on comparison with international practice.
