Аннотация

This work describes the laboratory diagnosis of tumors, in particular, the criteria for distinguishing between their benign and malignant forms. The role of laboratory tests, markers, histological and cytological examinations, as well as modern immunohistochemical methods in the diagnostic process are analyzed. The study is aimed at increasing the possibilities of early detection and differential diagnosis. The work is useful for specialists working with tumors in medical laboratory practice. Key words: Tumor (Neoplasia), Benign (good quality), Malignant (bad quality), Biopsy, Cytological examination, Histological examination.
