Аннотация

This thesis examines the existing restrictions on access for foreign lawyers to legal practice in Uzbekistan: the legal requirement for citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which leads to the direct exclusion of foreigners from the ranks of lawyers within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the mandatory passing of a national exam, and language barriers. Recommendations include the introduction provision of language support. Keywords: foreign lawyers, citizenship requirement, restrictions on legal practice, national bar exam, language barriers.
