Study of the features of balance, pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines in children of different gestational age with perinatal hypoxia is a highly relevant task for diagnosis, prognosis of the course and treatment of neonatal complications. Our findings have shown that at the systemic level, the functional balance of intercellular immunomodulators TFN-a, IL-6, IL-1b and their antagonist IL-4, which plays a leading role in the formation of regenerative-recovery reactions, which also confirms the activation of the systemic inflammatory response in hypoxia.
