This article explores the depiction of sports games in Uzbekistan’s historiography and their socio-cultural significance. It examines the role of sports such as horse riding, kurash, and uloq in historical sources, focusing on their impact on social integration, national identity, and cultural heritage. The study is based on sources like “Baburnama” and contemporary research.
