One of the important problems of modem education is to develop students' communication culture, which is the primary means of successful socialization of students. The purpose of this article - to reveal the essence of the concept of "culture of communication", describe its pedagogical potential formation of students. In this paper the position of scientists and educators about the conditions of formation of interpersonal relationships, the necessity of preparing students to join the conversation. Aspect of education has been highlighted by the personal qualities of students, contributing to the efficiency of the communication process. Among these qualities are called tact, kindness, respect for the other person, the ability to listen to the speaker, patience, etc. The article states the idea that the effectiveness of the communication process is associated with the style, "style" of communication, depending on the situation, age interlocutors purpose of communication, and other factors.
