Аннотация

This paper explores the challenges and potential solutions in optimizing the storage and transportation systems for fruit and vegetable products. Due to the high perishability of such products, ensuring adequate conditions throughout the supply chain is vital. The study highlights the issues of product spoilage, logistical inefficiencies, infrastructure deficits, and high operational costs. To address these, the paper suggests implementing modern storage technologies, smart packaging.
