In article the problems arising before the person working in agricultural production are analyzed by method of mathematical modeling. In particular, on the basis of the developed optimization mathematical model, the algorithm of planning of the lands allocated for subcultures used for inoculation and distribution on these lands of water resources and homogeneous fertilizers is offered, at an interval non-determination of parameters. Feature of the work is the desire of the authors to give a direct agrarian some real tool in the form of a ready-made software product, without requiring him to either get acquainted with the programming environment, or get acquainted with the approach to accounting for non-deterministic parameters. The hypothetical subject of the agricultural sector (SAS) must specify parameters when starting the program, some of which may be of an interval nature. For such parameters, the user is required to enter two real numbers indicating the interval of their oscillation. As a result, the output parameters have an interval form, which significantly expands their content character. At the same time, from the user, or rather the SAS, it is required to input the initial data on the basis of the illustrative example. The program interface allows you to print a map of crop areas indicating the amount of fertilizers and irrigation water given in terms of the lower and upper limits. The software product assumes personal and daily management on the basis of the personal and daily appeal of the SAS to it. The dominant part of the parameters, such as the site quality, the price of resources, the parameters that ensure the construction of yield functions, is introduced only once, namely at the beginning of the agricultural cycle.
