The article examines the genre and specificity of the author's style of works by Victoria Tokareva and Zulfiya Kuralboy kizi. The works of the authors are prone to contamination of genres, since they combine the features of several genres. The interaction of genre and individual style turned out to be extremely fruitful for the work of Tokareva and Zulfiya Kuralboy kizi, they led to longterm success and recognition of the general public.
