Cardiovascular diseases are one of the leading causes of death worldwide, and their early detection and treatment are important to save the patient's life. In this paper, a cognitive model is developed that detects and adapts to heart diseases based on electrocardiographic (ECG) signals that monitor cardiac activity. The model uses artificial intelligence (AI) techniques, such as digital signal processing (DSP), feature extraction, classification (SVM, CNN). The study analyzes real ECG signals from the MIT-BIH arrhythmia database and identifies diseases such as arrhythmia, tachycardia, bradycardia based on heart rhythm changes. Cognitive characteristics (patient age, gender, medical history, physical activity status) corresponding to each cardiac signal are also taken into account. The model not only detects the disease but also provides recommendations for its prevention. The analysis results achieved an accuracy of 92%, an F1-score of 0.89, and a sensitivity (recall) of 0.91. The proposed model is suitable for real-time monitoring and can be applied in mobile or clinical settings. The study demonstrates the important role of cognitive models of artificial intelligence in the early detection and prevention of heart diseases.
