Lateral vibrations of a stretched roving in the release area from the rif of the cylinder to the head of the roller on the roving machine

This article presents theoretical calculations on the method of calculating the free vibrations of the roving on the roving frame on the section cylinder - flyer. A detailed method for calculating the free vibrations of a sagging roving is proposed, the mechanism of interaction of the sizes of working bodies on the vibration mode is analyzed. The roving emerging and the discharging steam are subject to fluctuations over time at a certain speed. With lateral vibrations of the roving stretched between the cylinders and the head of the flyer, the loads on the strand change, which is the reason for the appearance of a hidden roving drawing in this area. The obtained formulas completely solve the problem of roving vibration and load changes in the roving strand.
