Computer graphics problems and projects have been included in this edition. Computer graphics techniques using both BASIC and FORTRAN are introduced. Computer graphics solutions for descriptive geometry problems may be programmed on both mainframe and personal microcomputers. Problems that can be solved using computer graphics are located at the end of chapters when appropriate. The authors continue to acknowledge the valuable suggestions and assistance received from many colleagues and students. A special thank you to William Stanley, a post baccalaureate student at the University of Houston, for most of the new computer graphics in this ninth edition. Additional suggestions and comments for the improvement of this text are always welcome.
