The article comprehensively covers the life, work and socio-political activities of the great Uzbek thinker, poet and statesman Alisher Navoi. The study analyzes the formation of Navoi's personality, his interest in poetry from a young age, his education in the cities of 1301 ResearchBib IF - 11.01, ISSN: 3030-3753, Volume 2 Issue 6 Samarkand and Herat, as well as his worldview based on his contacts with famous contemporaries. The article shows the contribution of Navoi's works, such as ghazals, epics, religious and moral works, philosophical treatises, a collection of epics "Khamsa", "Khazoyin ul-maoniy", to literary and spiritual values. It also analyzes Navoi's activities as a statesman to transform the city of Herat into a spiritual and cultural center, his creative work on the development of science and art. The article analyzes the methods of objectivity and logical consistency of scientific knowledge, and also provides important conclusions about the works and ideas of the great figure Alisher Navoi, which are relevant not only in his time, but also today.
