Аннотация

This article analyzes the state of development of tourist-recreational complexes in Uzbekistan. During the study, the main indicators of Tourism of Uzbekistan in the period 2019- 2023 were studied. According to the results of the analysis, a significant recovery was shown after the pandemic, especially in 2023, incoming tourism reached 6626.3 thousand tourists, almost equating to the figure for 2019 (6748.5 thousand). There is a development of the local hotel business-in 2023 there were 1387 hotels in operation. Samarkand, Bukhara and the city of Tashkent are the most developed centers of tourist infrastructure. When the main tourist visitation goals were studied, it was found that leisure, business and wellness routes would lead. The article proposes strategic directions and measures for the further development of tourist- recreational complexes.
