Аннотация

This article examines the concept of e-government, its legal framework in Uzbekistan, practical development stages, and citizens’ trust in public services. It also explores international experiences, the digital trust index, and issues related to service quality. The author proposes specific recommendations for improving the efficiency of electronic services and strengthening public trust in Uzbekistan’s digital governance system.
