this article examines the risks to consumer rights associated with the use of services based on artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, as well as the legal issues surrounding their protection. It highlights how AI systems' collection of personal data, algorithmic discrimination, and lack of transparency pose threats to consumers' constitutional rights. The author analyzes existing national and international legal frameworks and proposes practical recommendations for improving the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
