This article is devoted to the pedagogical and psychological study of the process of moral development of young students. In today's era of globalization, the issue of forming moral values, culture and consciousness of young people is gaining urgent importance. At the same time, the role of pedagogical approaches and psychological factors in the formation of moral values is considered. In the course of the research, questionnaires, observation methods and experiments were used to analyze the factors affecting moral behavior and values of young people. Today, the issue of moral development of students has become one of the most pressing problems of society. Globalization, the development of information technologies and the widespread use of social networks have various effects on the moral values and cultural development of a person. In particular, the student period is an important stage in human life, during which the formation of personal views, moral values and social responsibility is accelerated. Therefore, studying the moral development of students and forming high moral qualities in them is one of the important tasks that combines pedagogical and psychological approaches. Moral development is one of the main factors determining the spiritual and cultural maturity of a person. This process occurs under the influence of the educational process, family upbringing, social environment and internal psychological characteristics of the individual. Educational institutions play an important role not only in the formation of professional knowledge and skills, but also in the development of high moral qualities. Also, the harmony of pedagogical methods and psychological approaches is of decisive importance in the formation of students' moral views. Existing research confirms that the process of moral development is complex and multifaceted. In particular, most researchers have noted that moral development depends on age, social conditions, upbringing and personal characteristics. It has also been scientifically proven that social relations and cultural values have a direct impact on moral development. At the same time, there are also factors that lead to moral decline among young students, including social apathy, consumerism and the weakening of spiritual values. The article aims to study the moral development of young students from the point of view of pedagogical and psychological aspects. During the research, the theoretical foundations of moral development are analyzed, and the main factors influencing this process are studied on the basis of practical research. The results of the research serve to develop effective strategies for the formation of moral values in the educational process. This work is aimed at enriching scientific approaches in the field of moral development of students and will contribute to a deeper study of the pedagogical and psychological aspects of this issue.
