COMPREHENSIVE CHARACTERIZATION OF THE CURRENT EPIDEMIOLOGICAL SITUATION REGARDING THE INCIDENCE AND PREVALENCE OF CHRONIC HEART FAILURE(Literary Review)

In recent years, the number of patients with chronic heart failure with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) has increased dramatically. It was found that the stiffness of the main arteries in patients with CHFpEF of ischemic genesis is increased. Increased central aortic pressure and augmentation index were also revealed. It is noted that severity of CSN depends on the increase of central hemodynamics parameters. Correlations of the increased stiffness of the main vessels with NT-proBNP levels in patients with CSNcFV have been revealed.
