Аннотация

Vascular diseases of the nervous system to this day remain the most pressing problem that requires great attention. The largest percentage of this group is occupied by cerebral strokes, but along with this, not the least place is occupied by spinal strokes, which differ in the lesions, clinical course and outcome of the disease, and are also life-threatening for the patient. If cerebral strokes are always characterized by mono or + hemiplegia, then spinal strokes can occur in the form of tetra, paraplegia, with dysfunction of the pelvic organs, and sensitivity disorders
