Аннотация

The study involved 354 patients with coronary artery disease aged 36 to 69 years. Of these, 290 men (81.9%) and 64 women (18.1%). The median age of patients was 57.7–7.8 years, of which 331 patients underwent elective surgery from January to December 2020. For comparison, 23 patients with myocardial infarction (CHD) who received conservative treatment and for various reasons did not receive surgical revascularization. Conservative treatment of coronary heart disease was initially used depending on the severity of the disease and the characteristics of its course. The quality of life of some patients has been improved by the use of cardiac surgery in some patients.
