Аннотация

Diabetic foot syndrome is a late complication of diabetes mellitus. Wound defects in this complication are chronic defects and therefore are difficult to treat. There is a violation of the pathophysiological mechanism of reparation, the wound process takes a protracted chronic course with a slowdown in the healing time. Typical complications in patients with both types of diabetes include vascular and neuropathic complications. Neuropathic complications cause sensory disturbances, motor disorders and contribute to the development of foot ulcers.
