Material and methods of research: a questionnaire was used Morisky-Green, which is the shortest (4 questions), validated and used in Russia and in the world for screening and used for patients with various diseases. The main group consisted of 43 patients - veterans of military operations in Afghanistan, Chechnya, Ukraine with post-traumatic encephalopathy, suffering from headaches. The comparison group consisted of 39 patients in a somatic hospital complaining of pain lasting more than 3 months, who were not combat veterans and did not suffer a traumatic brain injury. Results: A study of veterans who participated in combat operations in Afghanistan, Chechnya, Ukraine, with post-traumatic encephalopathy showed a significant representation in the clinical picture of cephalgic syndrome.
