Аннотация

In the pathogenesis of most diseases that require intensive treatment, hypoxia, ischemia and acidosis occur due to deterioration of the rheological properties of blood, microcirculation and capillary-trophic failure. Disturbance of the hemorheological system constitutes the general mechanism of the pathogenesis of critical conditions. Therefore, improving the rheological properties of blood, i.e. optimization, is an important direction of intensive therapy.
