Аннотация

Based on the statistical processing of meteorological observations conducted at the Dukant meteorological station in 2009-2018, a method of assessing the impact of wind on the heat sensation of the human body is proposed. Changes in bioclimatic conditions were studied on the basis of thermohyrometric coefficient of air dryness and Arnoldi coefficient.
