Аннотация

This article studies to conduct a structural analysis of disorders of the psycho-emotional status of perinatal women with pneumonia COVID-19. The prospective study included 3080 pregnant women infected with SARS-CoV-2, of which 889 were in the 1st trimester, 1056 in the 2nd and 1135 in the 3rd trimester of pregnancy. The vast majority (64.3%; 1980 out of 3080) of cases were diagnosed with a moderate course of COVID-19 pneumonia. Identification and assessment of the severity of psycho-emotional disorders were carried out according to the General Anxiety Disorder- 7 scale (GAD-7), Impact of Event Scale-6 (IES-6) and Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9). A high incidence of mixed psycho-emotional disorders was typical for pregnant women with severe and highly severe COVID-19 pneumonia - 46.7% and 52.7%, respectively, which indicates an aggravation of the clinical picture of psycho-emotional disorders against the background of the progression of COVID-19 pneumonia. Psycho-emotional disorders associated with COVID-19 infection are characteristic of a significant proportion of pregnant women. At the same time, their early detection using specialized questionnaire scales (GAD-7, IES-6 and PHQ-9) can contribute to the timely involvement of the psychological component of therapeutic tactics and prevent adverse perinatal and social consequences.
