Аннотация

This article reveals the importance of taking into account the interests of people and elements of state social policy, as well as planning strategic goals in developing leading criteria and improving the effectiveness of existing local government management decisions in society. It is also analyzed that the stabilization and modernization of the activities of local governments is an important factor in today's rapid reforms.
