The article provides information on the prevalence of epilepsy among children, types of rehabilitation for children with epilepsy. Data on the tactics of management, selection of patients for dispensary observation, stages of providing medical and physiotherapeutic rehabilitation in children with epilepsy are presented. The stages of medical and physiotherapeutic rehabilitation of patients with epilepsy combined with organic brain damage are given. The tactics of physiotherapeutic management of patients with epilepsy depending on epileptic patterns are highlighted.
