Аннотация

This article describes the capabilities of computer systems and modern multi-core processors in digital signal processing, as well as methods of classification according to their mode of operation. The Flynn classification and other extended classifications in signal processing are considered. Classifications of parallel computing systems, past and present forms of mass-parallel systems are also analyzed. The scope of application of parallel computing systems is described in detail.
