Kavar is a drought tolerant and perennial plant. Kavar plant differs from other fruits by its growth and medicinal properties in extreme conditions. It is important in the composition of the fruit with ruby, glycosides, iodine. The article analyzes the technology of preparation of iodine powder by lyophilization from the bark of the plant kavar (Capparis spinosa) and the chemical composition of iodocaparin powder prepared by lyophilization.
