Currently, patients with purulent-necrotic inflammation make up one third of all surgical patients. The most serious and dangerous complication of purulent-necrotic inflammatory diseases is sepsis. Over the next 100 years, the pathogenesis of surgical sepsis was associated with the pathogenicity and virulence of microorganisms Today, timely diagnosis and treatment of sepsis is one of the most current problems.
